The Patomäki tunnel is a 403-meter-long tunnel section in Lahti. The new build tunnel improves the living comfort of the area: less traffic noise, better street connections and more recreational facilities.
The tunnel is part of a southern ring road in Lahti. Promat delivered 6 300 m² PROMATECT®T-FX 25 mm. PROMATECT®T-FX is the latest addition to the PROMATECT® family of high- performance tunnel boards. This new generation of board is produced using FiBeCop™ technology, a new and exclusive manufacturing process that allows production of monolithic homogenous Calcium Silicate boards with thickness up to 40mm.
