The whole structure is made out of wood, the outside walls and the roof are insulated with ecological insulation, 4 double glazed walls are installed. A reed bed provides purification and reusability of wastewater. The fire safety gets an important place in the new building: the standing walls and ceilings, that are made with a wooden structure are protected by PROMATECT^®-100 of 10 mm and 15 mm boards. This ensures a fire resistance of EI 30 and E I60. In order to allow a perfect finish of the walls and the ceiling, they chose to use PROMATECT^®-100 boards with 2 and 4 bevelled edges. These can be plastered smoothly with Promat^® Ready to use joint filler.
