For the Michiel de Ruijtertunnel in Amsterdam Etex Building Performance - Promat supplies fire protection boards. A dedicated fire protection contractor installed PROMATECT®-T and PROMATECT®-H RWS/HCM boards. In total we delivered 13 000 m².

As the Michiel de Ruijtertunnel is an important connection, the work is being carried out at night, between 10pm and 6am. The tunnel boards are finished with a decorative coating. A special feature is that the busy tunnel is located partly above the North South Metro line and right under the Central Station, commercial buildings and a bus station. It is therefore very important that this busy spot is open to traffic again in the morning.
