The COLORCON factory, located in Iskandar, Johor, required an advanced fire protection system to meet stringent safety standards while supporting its high-paced manufacturing operations. Applications

The project involved the application of PROMAPAINT®-SC3, a water-based intumescent paint designed to provide up to 2 hours of fire resistance for steel structures. This high-performance solution ensures the structural integrity of the factory during a fire while providing long-lasting protection against extreme temperatures. PROMAPAINT®-SC3 also offers superior durability and a professional, smooth finish, complementing the clean and functional design of the pharmaceutical facility.
