Developing the recyclability of our products
At Promat, we are working to increase the recycled and circular content in our portfolio and to make our products more recyclable. This includes re-using internal waste and working with partners to achieve our aim of zero landfill across our plants. We have even developed some take-back solutions for customer scrap. We also re-use water in our processes and have water treatment facilities at some plants.

Reducing raw material use and waste generation are two key areas we address. For Promat products, which are highly engineered and tested, this means investing in significant R&D and operational efforts to reduce waste, re-use and recycle internal waste, and identify circular material for our products that meet the high performance requirements set by our industries. Thanks to our teammates, we are taking important steps on our core technologies and are already leading the way at several plants where we have zero waste to landfill.
