Suitable for combination with tested timber doorsets, this solution combines the natural beauty of a timber product with the functionality of a fire protection system. 

Unlimited runs of aesthetically pleasing butt jointed glazing can be installed to maximise light transmission and create a contemporary design without compromise to fire protection. It has been tested (CERTIFIRE CF5452) to provide integrity and insulation (EI) fire protection from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes.

SYSTEMGLAS® Stratum load bearing walk on floor is a completely new construction from Promat designed to give architects even greater creative scope. Promat PYROSEC® is a laminated transparent aesthetically pleasing fire rated glass product that comprises transparent intumescent interlayers to prevent the passage of smoke, flames and hot gasses. PYROSEC® is a leading fire resistant glass ideal for use in timber screens, timber doors, steel screens, steel doorsets and Insulating Glass Units (IGU’s).

With fire ratings from 30 minutes up to 120 minutes (E and EI), the PYROSEC® is a versatile solution for a variety of applications including schools, offices, factories, healthcare facilities and retail outlets. Promat PYROSEC® is cut to size, tested to large sizes and is available in external grades to provide maximum assurance in a wide variety of OEM applications. 

Promat PROMAGLAS® F1 consists of two toughened float glass panes encapsulating an intumescent fire-resistant gel. This solution is fully transparent, has strong acoustic performance and is significantly more lightweight than competitor products.

Large spans of glazing can be achieved with PROMAGLAS® F1 in a broad range of applications, including public sector, retail, industrial and office environments. With fire ratings from 30 to 120 minutes integrity and insulation (EI), PROMAGLAS® F1 has been tested for use in screens and doors with a trusted reputation across Europe.

The PROMAT® E DOOR range of fire doors provide a strong aesthetic appeal with large vision panels designed to maximise light transmission. Available in a single or double leaf configuration, the doors are designed with minimal stainless steel frame members and provide up to 30 minutes (E30) and 60 minutes (E60) fire protection.

Unlimited side panels can be added to either side of the door along with over panels to create a contemporary environment and increase light transmission. Handle options include a full height back to back handle or “through glass” pull handle.

FIRELITE is a 5 mm thick ceramic glass for use in non-safety rated locations. FIRELITE is ideal for use with sprinklers, due to its inherent resistance to thermal stress and provides stable integrity (E) fire-resistance in a variety of applications up to 240 minutes. 

PYROBEL is a type of transparent laminated fire rated glass that is composed of float glass and intumescent interlayers. When subjected to fire, it creates a barrier to prevent the passage of heat or smoke as well as hot gases.

With fire ratings from 30 up to 120 minutes (integrity/ integrity and insulation), PYROBEL is ideal for use in a diverse range of applications and environments, including schools, retail outlets, hospitals, offices, factories and other buildings. Promat provide PYROBEL cut-to-size to door fabricators, partition companies and joineries along with ongoing technical support.
