Description
Skypark is a mixed-use development in Cyberjaya, known as the Silicon City, featuring residential and office spaces. Its architecture, reminiscent of Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, includes a distinctive sky bridge connecting five towers.
Applications
PROMASPRAY®-P300 was applied to protect a 30,000 m2 area of steel structures & decking, safeguarding the critical components of the SkyPark retail podium at the lower level of the residential building. This vermiculite spray serves as a fire-resistant barrier, enhancing fire safety measures and prolonging the structural integrity of the steel components in the event of a fire. The project is estimated to be completed by 2024.
